At Cherry Hill Kona Coffee Outlet, we strive to deliver your coffee beans as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently offer USPS Priority Mail as our only shipping method for both domestic and international orders.

We do our best to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, please allow up to 2-3 business days for order processing during busy periods.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS carrier.

Domestic Shipping

For domestic orders within the United States, we offer the following flat rate shipping options:

  • Up to 2 pounds - $10.60

  • 3-4 pounds - Free Shipping over $150

  • 5 pounds or more - Free Shipping over $150

Delivery times for domestic orders are typically 3-4 business days from the time of shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and seasonal factors.

BULKY + FRAGILE ITEMS

All fragile items are carefully packed with extra cushioning to prevent damage during shipping. We take great care in ensuring that your items arrive in perfect condition.

However, in the event that a fragile item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately from our contacts page. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either provide a replacement or offer a full refund.
