Return Policy

At Cherry Hill Kona Coffee Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your unopened coffee beans within 30 days of purchase, you may return them for a full refund or exchange. This is only eligible for unopened and unused packages in its original condition that you have received.

How to return or exchange an item

To initiate a return, please submit an inquiry form or contact us at customerservice@cherryhillkona.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please repackage your items carefully and affix the label to the outside of the package. Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location or schedule a pickup.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
